Goals

The IAS brings together interdisciplinary research on normative questions of responsible science and develops them further. This creates a nationally and internationally visible cooperation space which is also characterised by the excellence of the participating researchers and institutions from Lower Saxony. The IAS is an integral element in the development of the two partner universities and makes an important contribution to raising their profile by inviting renowned scholars to Lower Saxony and offering lecture series, joint teaching events and effective public science communication.
